Flying is a Right, not a "privilege"!


Flying is a right -- and don't you forget it! And like every right, infrindgements must be fought at every occassion.

"A citizen of the United States has a public right of transit through navigable airspace." So reads 49 U.S. Code 40103(a)(2).
