I've been tempted for many years to get a tailwheel endorsement. How many hours does it typically take?

Generally, tailwheel endorsements require 7 to 10 hours to complete. You will find some offerings as low as 4 or 5 hours. Those crash-courses often ignore practical tailwheel skills like crosswind and wheel landings. Much also depends on an individual's experience. Those with good stick-and-rudder skills already, who regularly fly full-stall landings, have an easier time transitioning into tailwheel aircraft.

If you are interested in this training please contact Paragon for current aircraft availability and more details.
